Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed without a penalty. If R2R cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a full refund will be processed or new appointment will be scheduled, subject to availability. *A refund will not be issued after work is completed.*
