Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit & Payment: The initial payment serves as a deposit and will be applied to the final balance. The vehicle will be evaluated, and the full payment amount will be discussed and completed before any service begins. 2. Cancellations made up to 12 hours before a scheduled appointment (via email, text, or phone call) will be processed without a penalty. - If R2R cancels an appointment with less than 12 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued, or a new appointment will be scheduled per client request, subject to availability. - A $35 fee will be charged for cancellations made after the technician has arrived at the appointment location. 3. No refund will be issued after work is completed.
